Learning Goals This Year

Hello everyone!

now i will be sharing with you guys, my learning goals that i want to achieve this year, from my Language Arts classes.

My goals for language arts this year is to learn more about poetry, especially war poems. This i because i have read some of the war poems from my brother's notes, and i developed an interest for it.

It brings out exactly what the soldiers are feeling during the war, and how terrific and horrendous wars can become. It sometimes also brings out how much they miss a peaceful world, or maybe how much they miss going back to home, thus making the poems full of emotions and descriptive phrases, which can be very useful for other things as well.

However, there are some poems where the meanings are more complicated, with hidden "messages" to convey, and i cannot identify them. Thus, i want to learn more of it this year, to familiarize myself to it, and to understand the poems better.(:

I also want to develope more interest in language arts this year. Currently, my favourite subject is Integrated Humanities, followed by science, math, language arts, then chinese. Thus, sometimes i lose interest with the subject, and will not do the homework, and also will be distracted easily during lesson time.

The main reason why i am not really it interested in language arts is because i cannot excel in it. Usually, for my tests, i will get a 15/25, which is a low b4, and i am not happy with that. Sometimes, i study really hard for the tests, and i still do not get the results i want and expected, and it can be very demoralizing and disappointing. However, i will set a goal to get an a1 this year!!

OP=A1

I know that i am setting really really really high goals, but that would be the one and only thing that keeps me going!!(:
